[xsl] [ANN] Saxon-CE - XSLT 2.0 on the browser

For those of you who weren't at XML Prague, you missed my talk
announcing Saxon-CE (Client Edition), which provides XSLT 2.0 processing
in the browser.

As you might expect, there was a lot of excitement about this!
