Error:sequence missing <length> child!
that is not well formed XML you need to close (or escape) the length element.
[java] [Fatal Error] interface.xsl:478:11: Element or attribute do not match QName production: QName::=(NCName':')?NCName.
That says something else (that you haven't shown) isn't a legal element or attribute name in sone place where a name is required.
You also meant to test <xsl: if test="not(length)"> I assume as the code you show generates an error message about a missing length if there is a length element.
