Well, I installed Netscape 6.1 (on an Mac - I haven't tried the Windows version) yesterday and just now pointed it at a xml file with stylesheet reference. The stylesheet was applied, the product of the transformation was displayed, and View|Page Source gave me the XML. That said, the operation was very slow, and the HTML I ended up with only looked roughly the same as what I get in the same browser when I do a server-side transform using Saxon. At a casual glance, it looks as though no CSS have been applied. So maybe client-side transformation is almost supported by Netscape 6.1?
